Have you been to Boston?
We are going for a weekend getaway to Boston at the end of July. I’m bringing a 10 year old and 15 year old, and traveling with my mom! We booked a HOHO tour and the Boston Tea Party Museum Tour. What else should we do?
Ever gotten one of these postcards in the mail?
Sounds like a scam, right?
Well… we went.
And surprise: real Warhols. Real Picassos. And stunning jewelry!
Apparently, they come about four times a year! If I hear of any more, I’ll include the details in this newsletter. We had fun and it was fun to browse the art.

Don’t miss the North End for good Italian food and desserts. The USS Constitution is a great place for kids. Old Ironsides has a special connection to the Live Oaks of the South. Whale Watch out of Boston Harbor and the Boston Aquarium and/ or Science Museum are favorites for our grandchildren who live in Massachusetts. We always had family memberships before we moved to the Grand Strand. For authentic New England seafood fare check out the famed Oyster House near Faneuil Hall. Enjoy Boston.
